On Thursday, July 30, 2009, the District XI Committee passed a modified  Tournament Seeding Formula for the following sports Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Boys / Girls Soccer, B / G Tennis and B / G Volleyball. The PIAA has developed a new interactive Member School Athletic Transfer Waiver Request Form. It is an interactive file that will print out the information that you enter on the form. All schools must use this new form when submitting their request to the PIAA District XI Committee. Please include your email address along with your fax and phone number.
